NOTARY PUBLIC SERVICES

Hours Available:

  • No appointment needed, just walk in!

  • Monday-Friday 9am to 5:30

  • Saturdays 10am to 3:30pm

Pricing:

  • $10 each for the first two notary stamps, $6 each stamp for the third+

  • Wills: $15 each for the first two notary stamps, $6-10 each stamp for the third+ depending on difficulty

Requirements:

  • For each signer, please bring valid non-expired photo identification. You will also be required to provide a home address for each signer.

  • If witnesses are required, you must bring your own witnesses as Pony Express is not able to provide witnesses. For will signing, the witnesses must not be mentioned anywhere in the will or be a family member.

  • Do NOT pre-sign documents. Signing must take place in front of the notary.

(Please note that minors’ signatures cannot be notarized and therefore they are not required at signing.)
