Last week, we had a very irate person show up looking for one of our mailbox customers. This person was very loudly complaining while ranting about the service he received from our mailbox customer for about 5 minutes before he left.

Afterwards we spoke with our mailbox customer and it turns out this person requested a refund on his purchased item but was not satisfied with a full refund and a free return shipping label, instead wanting to return it in person for an immediate cash refund. After being told that wasn't possible, this person threatened to visit our customer's business address (thankfully our address and not their home-business address) and ended up showing up here.
