Last year Amazon introduced the 2-D return codes that people can have scanned at participating UPS stores and only participating UPS stores. However, some of those stores are also unable to scan these codes and send customers our way to do so. However, Amazon will not allow non-UPS Stores to scan these codes! Overall, it was a hasty implementation with no communication.

There is, however, a work-around we can help you with to get your package on its way. Instead of taking the default options when you return an Amazon package, take the following steps:

1. Initiate the return
2. Choose "Other Options" instead of the default method
3. Choose "UPS Dropoff"
4. Choose "email label" to "info@ponyexpressredmond.com"

Once we receive your label we are happy to get your label printed and your return on its way - No charge. 😊
